• Schedule:
• Full-time position
• Clinic is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
• NO nights/weekends/holidays or call!
• Patient-focused support staff

Your Qualifications:

• Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
• NPs should have Family Certification
• NPs must have APRN
• Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Wisconsin
• Primary care experience highly preferred
• Ability to work independently
